Book Review of SWORN TO PROTECT by: Kathryn Loch

SWORN TO PROTECT: VOWS OF THE HEART was written by Kathryn Loch and published in October, 2012. It is available for purchase at www.amazon.com To find out more about this author, visit her website at www.kathrynloch.com/

Sworn To Protect is set in the U.S. where Ethan and Bethany meet under the most stressful circumstances. Both are witnesses to the crimes of an international arms dealer and drug-lord. They become protected witnesses and cannot trust anybody. They must now rely on each other to survive.

The plot is very intricate and there are some twists and turns that I really was not expecting.

I like that the author has both an alpha male and alpha female that each have their own strengths and weaknesses. The characters are three dimensional and deal with real-life issues such as love, loss, betrayal and loyalty. Background characters also add another element to the story and I found myself rooting for some of them as well.

A great read and highly recommended!
5-spiders for sure!
